Creating Change with Thought
Thought is a tool of consciousness... be aware of your thoughts. Being aware of your thoughts takes the direction and dominance away from the subconscious mind as the thoughts become conscious, focused upon and mastered, not just running around in the background… you become no longer run by the subconscious as you are aware of the thoughts, they are conscious. The thought is a tool of consciousness, when used correctly it is a great helper! Hence if you are having negative thoughts that doesn’t mean you are being negative, it means: On a physical level: The negative or fearful thought is the innocence within you (SIM - see the Inner Child blog previously) hurling these thoughts at you to say; "I need some love right now, and I’m afraid to ask for love, so I’m going to hurl all this stuff at you to get your attention so that at least I can have attention".
