Creating Change with Thought

Thought is a tool of consciousness...  be aware of your thoughts. Being aware of your thoughts takes the direction and dominance away from the subconscious mind as the thoughts become conscious, focused upon and mastered, not just running around in the background… you become no longer run by the subconscious as you are aware of the thoughts, they are conscious. The thought is a tool of consciousness, when used correctly it is a great helper!
