Creating Change with Thought
Thought is a tool of consciousness... be aware of your thoughts.
Being aware of your thoughts takes the direction and dominance away from the subconscious mind as the thoughts become conscious, focused upon and mastered, not just running around in the background… you become no longer run by the subconscious as you are aware of the thoughts, they are conscious.
The thought is a tool of consciousness, when used correctly it is a great helper!
Hence if you are having negative thoughts that doesn’t mean you are being negative, it means:
On a physical level:
The negative or fearful thought is the innocence within you (SIM - see the Inner Child blog previously) hurling these thoughts at you to say;
"I need some love right now, and I’m afraid to ask for love, so I’m going to hurl all this stuff at you to get your attention so that at least I can have attention".
This is much like the tantrum of a child who doesn't know how to ask for what they need, or doesn't trust they will get what they need if they do ask, because the consistency of love and attention has never been there, so they have learned to get the attention, to get what they want, by throwing a tantrum, being noisy, or, in the case of the Inner Child SIM, by throwing up constantly obsessive, worrying or negative thought loops.
When the negative thoughts arise we send ‘I love you’ to the mind, when fear or limiting emotions in the body arise, we send 'I love you' to the heart… and the inner child. Consistent focus on speaking to the mind, the cells, the DNA and the body, 'I love you, I love you, I love you' is the simplest way to move forward into change and creating the new in your life.
On a higher level:
Each of us are expressions of the totality, the collective, the Oneness. The thoughts you have are yours as an individual but they are also the patterns of unresolved thoughts in the field, of the collective beliefs and agreed upon realities that we have attached to.
For example; when you go to a place the thoughts that arise are the unresolved thoughts of that field – so it’s not always ‘what am I thinking’ – it’s 'I'm aware of what humanity is still thinking' or 'I'm aware of the reality I have attached to here'.
So as the limiting thoughts or negative thoughts arise, send love to your mind, and the mind from which it arose and simultaneously send 'I love you' to all the other minds having the same thought, this helps transmute the overall field of thought, aiding in balancing it and aligning it for not only yourself but others.
Every thought you have is potentially your own thought, your ancestral lineage thoughts (imprinted in the DNA and/or through your family history and story), and/or your personal experience of what still lingers in the field or collective consciousness/unconsciousness, thus sending the 'I love you' to yourself and your mind also helps the all, balancing the field of collective thought..
